1. Introduction & Who We Are
1.1 The website www.paddypower.com (the “Website”), the Mobile, Tablet and TV Betting Apps including the Rollercasino brand at www.rollercasino.com ad www.rollercasino.mobi and any other Paddy Power apps (together “Betting Apps”) and Paddy Power Text Betting (“Text Betting”) and Paddy Power Dial-a-Bet (“Dial-a-Bet”) are operated and controlled by Paddy Power Isle of Man Limited (“PPIOM”) and Paddy Power Online Limited (“PPOL”). PPIOM and PPOL are wholly owned subsidiaries of Paddy Power plc., of Power Tower,Belfield Office Park, Beech Hill Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, Ireland.
